Glenda S. Barahona is the Reference Archivist for the Lillian & Clarence de la Chapelle Medical Archives at the NYU School of Medicine. Her experience at NYU includes exhibit design, outreach and reference, accessioning, processing and description management, and digital asset curation. Previously, Glenda was the Processing Archivist and Archives Assistant at the NYU Medical Archives. She began her work at NYU as the Disaster Preparedness Project Coordinator Intern, working with research librarians on the NLM Disaster Information Specialist Program.
Glenda received her BA in Art History and Media Studies from SUNY University at Buffalo, and an MSLIS from Pratt Institute's School of Information.
